  • In our ever-changing world, executive counselling is a priority. A large percentage of employees may struggle with anxiety and other mental health concerns that diminish productivity, decrease engagement, and impact retention. Supporting your team with executive counselling will help your employees thrive, creating a dynamic, creative, and safe corporate culture.

  • I work with a variety of organizations ranging from start-ups to firms and private schools. I assist any organization whose employees are in need of support.

  • After an assessment of your organization’s needs, I will develop a structured program tailored to your specific requirements.

    One-on-one sessions can be offered online or on-site at your location.

    I can also provide monthly or bi-monthly training workshops for management and leadership on how to recognize burnout, how to create a cohesive and motivated team environment, and respecting the needs of employees, among other topics, such as work/life balance and stress management.

  • EAPs are a great resource; however, depending on the EAP, its services may be less comprehensive and not as personal as private executive counselling services.

    I offer experienced, expert counselling support that is hands-on and accessible. I address and reduce the stigma around mental health and encourage self-awareness, insight and assist with finding appropriate coping strategies to best promote well being, both in and outside of work.

  • I can come in for a single workshop, or I can create a short-term pilot initative for your organization.

  • Yes. At times, a significant event may occur that could be perceived as traumatic for staff members.

    It’s important to address such events as soon as possible by bringing in an expert in the immediate aftermath to address the impact on your community.
